The clubhouse rental fee is $100 with an additional $100 deposit.
How do I get gate codes and other gate information?
GATE OPERATION DETAILS:

GATE OPERATION DETAILS:
We use stickers and visor clips as gate openers. They are $25 each.
You will be assigned a 4–digit entry code to use at the gate keypads.
Any contractors working at your home should use the code 5000. This code only works from 8am to 6pm.
If you are having a party/gathering and need to issue a temporary code for guests, please contact the Brett Barker via email/text for a temporary “party code”.
For security reasons, please do not share your personal code with non–residents of Bay Club.
If you need to request a new code, please email/text Brett Barker.
Can I pay with Zelle?
Yes, you can pay with Zelle.
